Special Editions

The special editions on AIHL LEGACY consists of podcast discussions that showcases frontline leaders driving change in their respective communities. Engaging them on their expertise and passions for humanity.

research & Awareness

AIHLI LEGACY leads in research-based electronic and virtual community engagements through data collection, surveys and thought based contributions. The purpose of these engagements is to deliver fact-based reports as collected during our engagements and advocacy on the thematic areas addresses to be submitted to decision makers and policy developers for considerations on remedies sought for effective development. 

Conservation i AWIWI i african legacy

The educational and empowerment program to develop leadership skills and conservational interest among young environmentalists. The fellowship program is a Pan-African driven initiative between Namibia, South Africa and Zimbabwe. The country partners during the Young African Leadership Initiative in South Africa, Midrand in 2019. Their acquired skills and expertise within the Environmental Management, Wildlife and Conservation Sector including their Entrepreneurial knowledge has offered them the opportunity to interlink their passions for youth inclusion and skills development.

AIHLI LEGACY Young Professional Network was initiated in 2020, with extending invitations to professionals within peace & security, public servants, civil society and the private sector.

The aim of the network is to The African International Humanitarian Law Initiative (hereinafter AIHLI) officially has
commenced with effective progression of our joint effort in dealing with IHL subjects.

The initiative intended to publish the member educational contributory material based on parts of their research, a quarterly blog submission
video submissions, and webinars.

The goal then was to ensure the joint publications of all the members work based on their chosen research topics which are subject to change based on topics to be considered beyond the submitted.

The ideal approach to achieving the joint objective strategically formed around periodic scheduled engagements with the administrative
publication period remaining at 15 months commencing from September 2020
however, please note that this is a projected period to ensure the completion of our research.

But none of these aspects were achieved and now as we look forward our plans differ significantly.
